Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Yard of Panos House is located 130 meters from the beach in Nea Triglia, approximately 10 km from Nea Moudania and 8 km from Nea Flogita. The house offers accommodation for 5–6 persons and features a yard and private parking.

Accommodation

The house has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are two sofas in the living room.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, and coffee machine. There is also a private bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, and a washing machine.

Guests have access to a fenced yard with a barbecue, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers. Free private parking is provided.
