• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Yalos Beach Maisonettes is newly established complex in Skala Sotiros, on the island of Thassos, which opened its doors to the public in 2018 and consists of 6 seafront holiday rentals. Its optimum location, directly on the beach of Skala Sotiros is the key to careless summer strolls along the sea and enchanting summer breezes around your neck.

Bakeries, small shops, restaurants and beach bars are just a stonesthrow away. 30m in front of the complex is the coast of Skala Sotiros, where you can have a morning swim and only 100m away you can find the organized central sandy beach, ideal for families with children.

Accommodation

We offer 5 maisonettes with a capacity of 4 people, which can be rented out separately or together for a larger group of people.

Our large garden is ideal for children or for just a nap during noon, while you listen to the crickets and the seawave.

• Maisonette - This maisonette features a ground floor with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the second floor where you can find the second separated bedroom. Over the balcony you can enjoy the sunset. It's a perfect match for newlyweds or families.

• Maisonette with loft - These maisonettes feature a ground floor with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the loft. Over the balcony you can enjoy the picturesque sunset. It's a perfect match for a group of friends or newlyweds.

• Maisonette with 2 bedrooms - These maisonettes feature a ground floor with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the second floor where you can find the second separated bedroom and the second bathroom of the house. Over the balcony you can enjoy the sunset of Skala Sotiros. It’s a perfect match for newlyweds or even two couples.

• Beach studio - This unit features a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. It’s a perfect match for newlyweds or even two friends.
