Xenonas Liogerma Holiday’s apartments, with love, style, and attention to detail, are located in the beautiful area of Ierissos at the beginning of the peninsula of Mount Athos of Halkidiki. They are the ideal place for your summer vacations.
Our comfortable holiday's villa consisting of 8 luxury spacious two spaces apartments with independent access and entrance from 25 up to 45 square meters (two of them dispose an inside wooden loft - suites apartments Agkyra and Thalassa) composed of a bedroom, living room, fully equipped mini kitchen with cooking utensils and bathroom with private outdoor garden beautifully decorated in an area 1,200 meters with private safe car parking for our clients, landscaping with grass and a and a play area for your children with a playground.
In our apartments, you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay during your summer relaxing getaway.
In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a furniture toilet for your personal care. In the living room, you find a couch that becomes a double bed.
For your comfort during your stay, there is an LCD TV 32’’, Wi-Fi at no extra charge, and free 12 BTU air conditioning.
Much functional you will find a mini kitchen in the living room, fitted and closed with a roll top, mini fridge, 2 electric hobs, cooker hood with active coal, sink and storage place.
Mini kitchen is also fully equipped with all you may need (kettle, coffee whisker, toaster, etc).

Xenonas Liogerma je kompleks apartmana koji bih preporučila svima koji žele jedan pravi odmor, naročito za porodice sa decom. Apartman je tačno tako uređen da imate sve što vam je potrebno za jedan odmor. Mala kuhinja koja ima sve, takodje opremljena malim kućnim aparatima. Čistoća je stvarno besprekorna. Najviše što nam se dopalo je gostoprimstvo gazgi, gospodina i gospođe (Akis i Roula) divni ljudi koji su bili tu za sve što nam je potrebno, osećaj je kao da smo bili kod nekih prijatelja. Dvorište sa letnjom kuhinjom koja ima bukvalno sve što vam je potrebno da spremite bilo koji obrok, plus dva odvojena velika trema, mobilijar za decu (ljuljaške, trambolina, tobogan) je nešto što čini odmor savršenim. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti. Od nas ocena 5. Ovo nije možda smeštaj koji je blizu plaže, ali nije ni mnogo daleko, 5 min hoda, i to naspram svega nije nešto što je nama smetalo. U blizini su pekara, apoteka, market, park za decu.

Boravili smo u ovoj vili 9 noći. Utisci su fantastični. Domaćini su toliko gostoljubivi i uslužni,na svaki detalj su mislili. Apartmani čisti i sve miriše na čisto a slike sa sajta odgovaraju opisu . Dvorište je raj za decu,koja su se veče okupljaju i zajedno igraju. (Naše ćerke su 10, 7 i 1 god) . Do gradske plaže ima 15 min laganog hoda. (Mi smo išli automobilom, a mesta za parking ima dosta ). Smeštaj za svaku preporuku!

Bili smo u ovoj prelepoj vili, nažalost samo 5 dana, pa nastavili letovanje na Amuljaniju. Idealno mesto za porodice sa decom. Ogromno, prelepo dvorište, sa mnoštvom sadržaja za decu. Nismo ni tražili ali kada su nas videli sa bebom odmah su doneli krevetac i hranilicu. Vlasnik je vodio računa o svakom detalju pri uređivanju svoje vile. Prčisto, osećali smo se kao kod kuće. Mislim da nije postojala stvar koja mi je zatrebalana a da je nismo tamo pronašli. Svi smo uživali. Sigurno ćemo ponovo posetiti Jerisos i ovu preduvnu vilu.

Upravo smo se vratili iz ovog prelepog smestaja iz kojeg nosimo izuzetno pozitivna iskustva. Apartmani su cisti i uredni, odlično opremljeni , dvorište prostrano i veoma lepo uradjeno , sve je osmišljeno da se ugodi gostu i vlasnici su veoma prijatni i gostoljubivi. Ako se odlučite za ovaj smestaj nećete pogresiti.

Vidim ovde samo par komenatara,pa moram da reagujem Iz prve ruke vam kazem da je sve provereno za vrhunski odmor. Da ne kalkulisete sta kako gde automatski rezervisite ovde, necete se pokajati. Ogromno uredno dvoriste za decu,organska bastica gde vlasnik nesebicno deli povrce ( uh taj paradajz) Ciste sobe, ne znam sta jos da dodam sve je bilo vrh Vlasnici prijatni,druzeljubivi Lep odmor vam zelim

Prelep smestaj.Dvoriste divno.Ko ima malu decu za svaku preporuku.Malo je dalje od plaze,jedno 10 min. peske ali nama nije smetalo.Akis i Rula su divni ljudi.

Prelep smestaj,u potpunosti funkcionalan,2 sobe,kupatilo i hodnik u kome se nalazi kuhinja,opremljena svime sto vam treba bukvalno.U dnevnoj sobi trosed na rasklapanje,sto i stolice za rucavanje,spavaca soba francuski lezaj,ormar,velika komoda i 2 manje pored kreveta.Manja terasa sa stolom i pogledom na vrt koji ima nekoliko ari...letnja kuhinja,ako vas smara da kuvate u apartmanu,trem sa ogromnim stolom i stolicama,lezaljke,fotelje i decije zezalice rasute po dvoristu.Jutro je posebno carobno,jer je mir i tisina i iz naseg apartmana pogled je pucao na obliznja brda bez zgrada i kuca ispred.Parking obezbedjenPeske vam treba 7,8-10 min do plaze.Peskiri se menjaju na 3,a posteljina na 5 dana.Vlasnici akis i Rula su stvarno predusetljivi,uvek prisutni i nenametljivi.Kod njih mozete oprati ves ako zelite.

Sjajan utisak. Miran smeštaj, idealan za malu decu, sa svim potrebnim sadržajima. Veliki privatan parking. Uživali smo u gostoprimstvu i prelepom dvorištu. Moja topla preporuka svima koji traže smeštaj u Jerisosu.
