Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Accommodation
The house consists of three levels.
The basement features an air-conditioned living room with a corner sofa bed, three single beds, and a baby cot.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a corner sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, a large refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a coffee machine, and an electric kettle. Both the living room and the bedroom are air-conditioned.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and a second bathroom with a shower.
The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and a TV. Bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine and dishwasher are available, while an iron and ironing board can be provided upon request.
Guests can enjoy a terrace with a table and chairs, a garden with plenty of natural shade, an outdoor dining area, and free private parking.
Small pets are welcome upon request (with an additional charge).
