Description

White Pearl Villas is a luxury complex in Pefkohori, on the Kassandra peninsula, 180 meters from the beach with a private part. The complex consists of four units. Each can accommodate ten adults and two children and offers a garden with a private pool, barbecue, and parking.

Accommodation

The villas are identically organized, each with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Each unit has three levels. The lower level (which is not air-conditioned) features two bedrooms, a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a laundry room with a washing machine. The ground floor consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker), one bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. On the third level is the main bedroom with an en-suite shower, another bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace with seating and a garden view.

All bedrooms have double beds, while the couch in the living room is suitable for two children.

The second and third levels are air-conditioned. The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a hair dryer, a safety deposit box, a television with satellite channels, and mosquito nets. Units are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

In front of the house is a covered area with a dining table. Each villa has a private garden with a swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, swings, parking for two cars, and a barbecue. Pets are welcome.

Guests have at their disposal a private part of the beach near the Akrotiri bar, with free sunbeds and umbrellas.
