In Neos Marmaras, on the west coast of the Sithonia peninsula, Wave & Wind Luxury Apartment is located, a modern apartment designed for guests who want quality accommodation close to the sea, but away from the central crowd. A smaller natural bay is about 140 meters away, while the city beach is approximately 1.6 kilometers from the property. The apartment is suitable for up to five adults and is a good choice for families or smaller groups of friends who want comfort and a functionally organized space.

Accommodation

Wave & Wind Luxury Apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. The space was conceived as an open unit in which the living room, kitchen and dining room are connected, which creates a practical and bright environment for everyday living. In the living room there is a sofa that can be used as an extra bed, while two separate bedrooms are equipped with French beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. It includes a four-burner stove, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioners in all rooms, Wi-Fi internet and Smart TV are available to guests. On request, it is possible to provide a baby cot at no additional charge.

The apartment has two terraces. The larger room is equipped with seating. It can be reached from the living room and the bedroom and has the advantage of a sea view. The second terrace leads from the second bedroom and is an additional space for outdoor living. Maintenance of hygiene, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, are organized every five days. A private parking space is not provided, but public parking is located in the immediate vicinity of the facility, subject to availability.
