Cancellation policy
• If the apartment is canceled up to the 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit fee paid will be returned to the guest (minus EUR 30 administrative costs).
• If the apartment is canceled later or in case of no-show of the guest, the owner of the building has the right to keep the entire fee for the deposit and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Waterfront Furka Apartment is located next to the beach in Skala Fourka, on the Kassandra Peninsula. Although set near the center, it is part of a complex in a peaceful and quiet environment, ideal for a family vacation. It can accommodate four people.

The Waterfront apartment offers its guests a warm welcome, comfortable accommodations, and all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.

Accommodation

The apartment is located on the first floor. It has been completely renovated and refurnished in 2024. It contains two terraces, each of which has an area of 4 m2. One includes a table with two garden chairs, for morning and afternoon coffee with a sea view, while the other belongs to one bedroom and oversees the yard and Skala Fourka.

Guests have at their disposal 50 m2 of interior space, including two bedrooms with double beds. The living room has a sofa, an armchair, and a TV stand. The apartment is equipped with a Philips LCD TV, inverter air conditioner, and free Wi-Fi internet. The living room also features a dining area with a granite dining table and four chairs.

The kitchen consists of a refrigerator with a freezer, a washing machine, an electric stove with an oven, an extractor hood, and a microwave oven. Complete dishes, dining service, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils are also provided. There is a private bathroom with a shower.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment (which should not be a problem, given the availability of two terraces).

The complex offers an organized inner courtyard, especially suitable for families with children.

Boravili smo u ovom apartmanu u septembru 2025. Apartman je izuzetno čist, prostran i potpuno opremljen za udoban i bezbrižan odmor. Ima dve odvojene spavaće sobe sa bračnim krevetima, što je idealno za porodicu ili dva para. Tu su i klima, veš mašina, šporet sa rernom, kompletno posuđe i pribor za jelo, zapravo ima sve što je potrebno da se osećate kao kod kuće. Poseban utisak ostavlja veliko i lepo uređeno dvorište koje vodi direktno na plažu — samo nekoliko koraka i već ste u moru! Parking mesto je obezbeđeno, a u neposrednoj blizini su market, pekara i sam centar mesta, što čini sve veoma pristupačnim. Mesto je mirno i tiho, savršeno za pravi odmor bez gužve i buke. Ogroman plus su dve prostrane terase — jedna od njih ima nestvaran pogled na zalazak sunca, koji ostavlja bez daha i stvara uspomene za ceo život. Topla preporuka svima koji traže kombinaciju komfora, mira i blizine mora. Mi ćemo se svakako ponovo vratiti

Letovali smo krajem avgusta meseca 2025. godine i 10 dana boravili u ovom apartmanu. Savršen je za porodicu sa decom, dve spavaće sobe sa udobnim krevetima, kuhinjom i dnevnim boravkom. Kuhinja sa šporetom, rernom, sudomašinom, posuđem...

Apartman poseduje dve konforne terase, menjate ih u zavisnosti od hlada a sa prve je i pogled na more koji vas opušta. Auto nam je bio parkiran u dvorištu u hladu a plaža na svega 30 metara.

More je čisto sa postepenim ulaskom u dubinu, dakle sve je bilo savršeno. A da imate i prodavnicu i kafe na 50 metara gde čak možete kupiti i burek i još neka peciva. Za nas je ovo bio savren odmor.

Apartman je izuzetno je prostran ( dovoljan za četvoročlanu porodicu), dobro opremljen i čist. Nalazi se na samoj plazi, a u dvorištu postoji parking mesto. Vlasnice su vrlo ljunazne i lake za svaki dogovor. Sve preporuke.

Mi smo letovali nedavno sa troje male dece i nosimo samo pozitivne utiske. Apartman je prostran i funkcionalan, lepo uredjen na samo par koraka od plaže i prelepog tikiznog mora. Dvorište je u zelenilu i cveću.Mesto je za pravi porodični odmor , a apartman i divni domaćini za svaku preporuku.
