Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Voula Kourbeti Apartments & Cottage is situated in the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos, on the north-eastern part of Sithonia peninsula and within 5 minutes driving distance from Trani Ammoudia beach. It is just 300 meters from the picturesque square of the village.

Accommodation

Apartment A with garden view has a bedroom with double bed and a sitting room with double sofa bed and one extra bed, a a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, bathroom, A/C, hair dryer, Wi - Fi Internet and TV.

Apartment B has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sitting room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, bathroom, A/C, hair dryer, Wi - Fi Internet and TV.

Inside the garden there is a parking free of charge, washing machine, barbecue and a playground for kids.

The cottage house (75m2) - The traditionally built cottage house has been renovated in 2015 and consists of two floors. On the first floor there is a sitting room with two sofa-beds, kitchen and bathroom while on the second floor there is a master bedroom with double bed. Free Wi Fi, TV, air conditioner (A/C) are provided while in the garden there is private barbeque and plenty of space for children. The cottage house combines the life in the countryside with the closeness to the sea since it is located only 500 meters from Trani Ammoudia or Livrohio beach and the port of Ormos Panagias. It is an ideal place for families or couples seeking for a very pleasant environment, privacy and traditional hospitality. In Ormos Panagias you will find several fish restaurants, super market while day cruises round Mount Athos depart every morning.

Traditional house 2 (75m2) - Can accommodate 6 people. It consists of two levels. On the first floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a bedroom, while on the second floor there is a second bedroom and a bathroom. The house is equipped with air conditioning, television, and free Wi-Fi internet. In front is a garden with a barbecue and an area for children to play.
