Description

Volpetta House situated uphill over Agios Ioannis Beach in Lefkada island, about 7 minutes walk from the beach.

Set in a private area of 3500 square meters along with a second identical house besides it. Surrounded by forest, under Faneromeni's monastery, filled with trees and flowers, open to the cooling sea breeze in the afternoons.

The view to Ionian Sea, the mountains of Epirus and Corfu, as well the landscape of Lefkada Island, is breathtaking. This house designed in complete harmony with the landscape, beautifully decorated and equipped by care and personal work of the owners, makes quests feel at home .

Accommodation

Volpetta has two floors. On the ground floor there is a large open plan living room (fire place, sofa bed, armchairs, TV, radio, CD player), an elegant dining area and a very well equipped kitchen. There is also a master bedroom and a bathroom. Every space leads out on to the garden, the raised courtyard with outdoor dining.

On the upper level there is a master bedroom, a twin room and a small WC. There is also a balcony and a terrace here and the view is magnificent from everywhere. Volpetta can accommodate 6 or 7 persons.
