Description

Vintage Toroni Maisonette is located in the small village of Toroni (Sithonia), and its position—150 meters from the beach and the same distance from the village center, supermarket, and restaurants—makes it ideal for guests who like to have everything they need just a few steps away. The distance from the apartment to Thessaloniki International Airport is about 130 kilometers (just under two hours by car). The accommodation was renovated in 2024 in accordance with modern interior design standards, while preserving traditional Mediterranean architectural elements.

Accommodation

The property consists of a house and a fenced yard featuring a veranda, outdoor furniture, a built-in barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Inside the house (maisonette), there are: (on the ground floor) a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and dining area, and (on the upper floor) a bedroom and a balcony.

The ground-floor open-plan area, which includes the living room, kitchen, and dining area, features a sofa bed that can accommodate one adult and one child, an LCD Smart TV, air conditioning, and direct access to the veranda with outdoor furniture suitable for dining.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, as well as all necessary cooking utensils and cookware.

The bathroom is standardly equipped and includes a shower cabin, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer, and washing machine.

The bedroom, located on the upper floor, has one large double (French) bed, a wardrobe, a ceiling fan, and access to a terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture. Bed linen and towels are provided, and guests also have access to an iron.

Parking is provided, and the entire accommodation is covered by free wireless internet.
