Welcome in beautiful Ai-Giannis of Lefkada and in villas Simeoni, Fotini and Iolis. All villas are situated in a beautiful natural and quite environment. They are 800m far from the city of Lefkada and 1km from the Ai-Giannis golf, which is famous for its really clean and blue sea and for the extraordinary sunset. It is next to the lagoon of Lefkada that has been characterized by treaty Ramsar as lagoon of international importance. All villas offer what exactly you need for pleasant and unforgettable holidays. Accommodation

The villas Simeoni, Fotini and Iolis offer all the comforts for a pleasant and comfortable stay. They are placed in a very beautiful and quiet natural environment, especially for you, who want to escape the stress and the noise of the city. Three indipended villas with private swimming pool, kitchen, living room, big verandas and parking constitute them.

The cleaning is done twice a week, bed linen is changed once a week, while clean towels are provided every 2 days.

The villas give you also the possibility of avoiding a lot of locomotion with the car, since they are located in a point where the sea, the city and the center of amusement are nearby. You can be served even with a bicycle, since city of Lefkada has the privilege of level ground.

For this reason even August where the island is full of visitors, you might rest avoiding the crowded city center and the traffic jam.
