Cancelation policy
• In case you cancel 2 months earlier, we return the deposit to you.
• If you cancel less than 2 months, then we do not return the deposit, but you never loose this money, you can use your deposit any other time any other year you or even if someone of your friends or family want to come.
• The deposit stay with us, but stay for ever under your name

Description

Athenea Villas situated in a place of serene beauty with superb panoramic views over the cliffs and azure waters of the Ionian Sea. The surroundings are ideal for anyone who appreciates nature and offers privacy and the perfect spot for total relaxation. Distance is 500 meters on foot or 1500 by car from Keri village and beach.

Keri Lake is an excellent resort for families and couples with its pretty harbour and sandy beach providing a great location for swimming and sunbathing and the surrounding area is perfect for leisurely walks or bicycle rides to enjoy the attractive scenery and tranquillity.

Accommodation

Eight romantic villas are suitable for families and couples wanting to "get away from it all" and enjoy a relaxing, romantic holiday, tastefully decorated and suitable for 4-6 persons

There are two single beds in living room and one or two seperated bedroom with a double bed and tspacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen and large spacious balcony with fantastic views. All villas have air-conditioning and linen is provided.

Extra beds are available on request, private parking, animals allowed, every day cleaning and every three days changing bed linen and towels.

Small House - type 1

• Two rooms without private pool, 2-5 persons but with very big balcony and really beautiful view at the sea and green hills of olives and pine trees.
One Bedroom, with a double bed & separate room (living room) which has 2 sofas where 2 children or adults can sleep, kitchen full equipment & bathroom. Dimension of the house is 55 m² & big terrace with beautiful sea view, A/C, TV, free WiFi.

Big House - type 2

• Two separate bedrooms 2-6 persons, without pool and roof garden terrace with exterior jacuzzi and panoramic sea view.
One Bedroom with a double bed & 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and separate room (living room) which has 2 sofas where 2 children or adults can sleep, kitchen full equipment & 2 bathrooms. The house is 90m² & roof terrace 60 m², A/C, TV, free WiFi.

Small House - type 3

• Small house with private pool (3x6 - 130 deep) for 2-4 persons, has private garden and sea view.
One Bedroom, with a double bed & separate room (living room) which has 2 sofas where 2 children or adults can sleep, kitchen full equipment & bathroom. Dimension of the house is 55 m² & private garden 100m2, A/C, TV, free WiFi.
