Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation will be charged. In the case of an early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.
• We provide the all-inclusive services from 13:00 on the arrival date and until 12:00 on the departure date.
• During the stay the all-inclusive services are free of charge from 07:30 till 23:00.

• At the beginning and end of the season, the buffet (at lunch and dinner) may be replaced with a menu served on the table.

Description
Village Mare 4* is an all-inclusive hotel located in Metamorfosi, Chalkidiki. It is only 2 km away from the village of Metamorfosi, 85 km from Macedonia Airport in Thessaloniki and the beach is only 95 meters from the hotel. Mini-market is available within the hotel.
The complex has 134 accommodation units for 2-5 people.
Accommodation
Visitors can choose between different room types, according to their needs.
• Double rooms (21-22m2) have one double and one sofa bed, and their maximum capacity is 2-3 people.
• Superior rooms (25-30m2) can accommodate 2-4 people and they have one double and two single beds. 2ad+2chd, 3ad+chd or 4ad.
• Superior Deluxe rooms (31-33.5m2) can accommodate 2-5 people and they have one double and two sofa beds and a folding bed. 2ad+2chd, 2ad+3chd, 3ad+chd, 3ad+2chd or 4ad+chd.
• There are 2 types of apartments - smaller and larger. The capacity of the smaller apartment (32-35m2) is four adults, two adults and three children, or three adults and two children. There is one double bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room. Smaller apartments have no kitchen, but only a small fridge. The capacity of the larger apartments (42-45m2) is up to five adults. Units have a kitchen equipped with hotplates and a fridge, a bedroom with one double bed, and a living room with two single beds and one sofa bed.
• Maisonettes A 32-34 sq.m. (34-36m2) has a lower and upper level. The lower level has one sofa bed and a bunk bed, while the upper level has one double bed. The capacity of these units is two adults and three children.
• Maisonettes B 34-36 sq.m. has a lower and upper level. The lower level has one sofa bed and two folding beds or 2 single beds and a folding bed, while the upper level has one double bed (2 single beds very well united). The capacity of these units is two adults and three children or 3ad+2chd or 4ad+chd.
All apartments, rooms, and maisonettes have a private porch or terrace with a sitting set, mini-fridge, electric kettle, internet, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, and mosquito nets. There are wardrobes, mirrors, a hairdryer and a safe deposit box. The bathrooms have a shower cabin or bathtub. Room maintenance is done every day, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is performed every 3 days.
Small pets (only dogs) are allowed on request. The complex also has three swimming pools. Sunbeds and sun umbrellas around the pool are free for guests of the hotel.
Restaurant and Bar
The all-inclusive provides drinks, snacks, and meals throughout the day at no extra charge. The all-inclusive package includes a full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) as well as snacks, soft drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and hot & cold beverages. All meals are served in buffet style.

At the Pool Bar, we offer selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages *, jeans, vodka, rum, whiskey, brandy, various cocktails, draft beer, draft wine (white, red, rosé), retsina, ouzo, aperitifs (cold or hot), soft drinks, juices, ice creams, tap water.

The snack buffet is open between meals - from
11:20 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 18:00 (in the
lower restaurant)
• A lunch basket for excursions is available, (sandwich, fruit, cake, cookies, bread sticks, and a small bottle of water). We take
orders daily until 20:00h at the hotel reception one day before.
• Continental breakfast is also served early in the morning for early departures.
• Please note that the opening & closing times of our restaurant and bar is subject to change by us without prior notice,
depending on local weather conditions and the hotel’s seasonality.
ALL-INCLUSIVE REGULATIONS
Your “All-Inclusive” privileges start at 13:00 on your arrival day and finish at 12:00 on your departure day.
The All Inclusive is valid from 07:30 to 23:00, for alcoholic drinks from 10:00 to 23:00. After the end of the day, any consumption is in accordance with the charges in the hotel’s price lists.
Your “All-Inclusive” bracelet is mandatory and must be worn - or to be constantly shown.
All beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are strictly for personal use and are served once each time. Drinking alcohol is strictly forbidden for children under 18 years of age.
Meals, drinks, and services are only allowed for your personal use, you can enjoy an unlimited amount of meals and drinks in the restaurant or in the bar, but you are not allowed to transfer the offered species outside of the premises where they are served.
The Management has the right to withhold the “All-Inclusive” status of customers whose behavior is inconsiderate, disruptive, and/or abusive towards other guests and our staff. In addition, rights will be waived if clients offer or share their personal privileges with non “All-Inclusive” guests. We trust that you exercise your “All-Inclusive” privileges with respect, and in moderation.
Entertainment activities
Metamorfosi Village Mare Hotel organizes international and Greek live musical evenings once or twice a week in the central square of the hotel (pool bar area), all guests are invited to have fun - participate in
these evenings.
Activities for our little friends
The animation team of the Hotel organizes daily, morning and afternoon activities for children from 4 to 12* years of age. All activities take place only at the outside, common areas of the hotel, taking all precautionary measures under the supervision of fully trained and experienced staff. Children enjoy moments of joy and fun.
*Children under 4 years of age are welcome, accompanied by their parent or guardian Our mini club maybe will operate in June and not from the beginning of season or/and will not operate on the last days of the season.
