Description

Villa To Spitaki is located in Neos Marmaras right behind the harbor in a quiet neighborhood on the beach street. You have the feeling that you are in the coundryside but you are just five minutes by foot away from the center of the village. Right in front of the house there is a small beach for swimming and a bigger one on the right.

Accommodation

It is a two storeyed house with an elevated ground floor. On the lower floor there is a large kitchen, a spacious bathroom and the living room furnished with vintage furnishings with some modern touches!

The kitchen is fully equiped, there is a fridge, coffeemaker, electric oven, kettle, multi-working kitchen machine and a complete serving set (dishes- glasses).

In the living room there is a fireplace, TV, CD-DVD player. It has a large handmade dining table and a balcony 10m2 big with a wooden table and chairs.

On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms. The bedroom on the back side has a skylight, it’s big and bright with two handmade beds that can easily be unified in on one large double bed,one big chest of drawers and a modern hanger for the clothes.

The bedroom on the front has a double old fashioned bed and also a modern hanger for the clothes. There is a big door leading to a large balcony with sea view. Also in the upper floor there is a bathroom. There is hot water supply 24 hours per, day as there is a water boiler.

The house provides Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, iron, iron board, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer.
