• The listed prices are the official prices of the owner of the object, without any additional intermediary commission.
• One child up to 2.99 years stays for free in a double room with two adults
• Minimum stay: 3 nights in May and 28.09 - 05.10, 4 nights from 01.06. until 19.06. and 14.09, until 27.09, and 5 nights from 20.06. till 13.09
• Note: Tourist tax (5€ per day / per room) is not included in regular prices and is payable on site.
• When making a reservation, 30% of the total price is paid, the remaining 70% is paid 14 days before the arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, or in a case of a no-show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
EXCEPTIONS: If the cancellation is due to closed borders, positive COVID-19 tests of the guests or other general restrictions due to the pandemic then the deposits are fully refunded.
