Vila Theodora is located in Nikiana, in Lefkada, only 150 meters from the beach. Near the facility, there are supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, mini markets, bakers and other shops. The capital of the island is about 9 kilometers away.

The complex consists of 3 independent buildings and includes 8 studios and 4 apartments and maisonettes with modern decoration. Guests can use the swimming pool and private parking.
Within the Theodor villa, there are two maisonettes, which has an area of 108 square meters each and is suitable for accommodating up to 10 persons. They are very spacious and have a terrace overlooking the pool. They consist of two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and the main room. They include a kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, a dining room, a living room with a sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with bathtub, terrace, safe and free internet access.
The apartments at Villa Theodora have an area of 54 square meters and can accommodate up to 5 persons. They have a terrace overlooking the pool and consist of a bedroom with a double bed and the main room. They include a kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances, dining room, living room with a sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with a bath, safe and free internet access.
Family studios at the Theodora villa can accommodate up to 4 persons in an air-conditioned area of 30 square meters. They have a double bed and two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, a fridge, oven and other appliances, a bathroom, a terrace overlooking the pool, a safe and free internet access.
The studios can accommodate up to 3 persons and have an area of 30 square meters. They include a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary cooking utensils, fridges, ovens, and other appliances.
