Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable

Description

Villa Surprise is situated along the road between Lygia and Vrachos (1.5 km away from Lygia and 1 km before Vrachos) where the guest can find many cafes, taverns, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. It is located on the left side of the road offering direct access to the sea.

If you want to feel like Adam and Eve in a paradise of lush vegetation, trees and flowers next to a private beach, Villa Surprise is the perfect choice for you. Each step you take around its premises will lead you to new discoveries as the surrounding area is organized in different levels ending up to the beach!

The garden is a big terrace with a beautiful view of the Ionian sea, Paxoi and Leukada covered by the shade of the olive trees, a plane-tree and the huge palm trees, while the ivy-covered fence offers privacy.

Villa Surprise comprises of 3 separate apartments. You may rent the whole vila or any apartment separately.

Olive apartment

Ground floor apartment in a unique greek traditional style the apartment "Olive" opens up to a spacious room with two single beds and a fireplace and a second bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a paved front yard with a view of the sea. It's perfect for a couple and two kids may sleep at the sofas next to the fireplace.

Palm apartment

First-floor apartment "Palm" it is built in modern style and has a bedroom with two single beds and a big space on a different level with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also another separate bedroom with a double bed, a fireplace and a bathroom. It is ideal for 2-4 persons. Guests can enjoy a peaceful breakfast on the two verandas admiring the vast expanse of the blue sea.

Sunset apartment

Second floor apartment - Studio "Sunset" built in eastern style offers two different levels with one double and two single beds, a kitchen, a WC with a walk-in shower and a big veranda with a view of the sea. It is ideal for young couples and couples who want to experience a second honeymoon in a place where they can dream and be charmed by the magic powers of the breathtaking sunset or the silver reflection of the moon onto the sea.

Prelepo dvoriste i atmosfera prava domaca, gostoljubivost vlasnika vile (Angeliki Markaki) potpuna privatnost i na plazi i u vili, cine ovaj smestaj odlicnim izborom za svaku porodicu, mi smo uzivali i sigurno cemo doci i sledece godine. Plaza Vrachos beach je samo kilometar udaljena a pravi je raj za decu, u Ligiji smo jeli najbolje i najsvezije morske plodove, uzivali smo u prelepom zalasku Sunca, pregazili reku Aheron koja je carobna..apsolutna preporuka za celu oblast a pogotovu vilu Surprise.
