Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, or in a case of no-show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Stepi is located about 500 meters from Golden Beach, on the island of Thassos. The complex offers accommodation for 2–5 guests and features a landscaped courtyard.

Accommodation

There are 4 accommodation units available.

Studio No. 1 is suitable for 2 guests and features a double bed.

Studio No. 2 can accommodate 3 guests and includes a double bed and a sofa.

The studios are located a few steps below the courtyard level and have views of the garden and the street.

Apartment No. 3 has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area with a kitchen. An extra bed can be added to accommodate a fifth guest.

Apartment No. 4 can accommodate 4 guests. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a separate room with a kitchen and a sofa bed.

The apartments are located on a raised ground floor and, in addition to views of the street and courtyard, offer a partial distant sea view.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, and a terrace. Kitchens include a two-ring stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine, while private bathrooms feature showers.

Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

Guests have access to a fenced courtyard. Private parking is not available, but free street parking is possible nearby.
