Description

Villa Spartias is located in Skiathos Town, on the same-named island, 250 meters from Xanemos Beach. It offers rooms for 2-4 people and a lovely garden with a swimming pool and private parking.

Accommodation

The complex has a total of 16 accommodation units:

• Room for 2 persons - 2 single beds;
• Room for 3 persons - 3 single beds;
• Room for 4 people - 4 single beds or two single beds and a double bed.

All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. They have a kitchen area with a fridge, a toaster, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle (they do not include a stove).

Each room has a private bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a table, chairs, and a garden view.

The building is surrounded by a spacious garden full of greenery and palm trees. Guests have access to a pool and a gazebo with an outdoor dining area. Deck chairs, umbrellas, and a children's playground are also available.

Free private parking is provided, and pets are not allowed.
