Villa Sonia

Villa Sonia is a part of a complex Anthemis Villas, which is situated at the coastal settlement of Kariotes, on the visitor-favorite island of Lefkada. The complex is offering top-rate accommodation in a luscious green, serene and especially hospitable location, minutes away from the town of Lefkada and cosmopolitan Nidri.

At a distance of 3,5 km from the centre of the town and just 10 km from Nidri, you and your loved ones can enjoy their holidays in a home-away-from-home environment, choosing from our 3 detached furnished residences (villas): the one villa can comfortably host 6 persons, while the other two can accommodate 8 persons. Each villa offers a private swimming pool.

Alexandra and Fotis, the young couple who manage the villas, are Survey Engineers who have put their knowledge to practice to achieve a high aesthetic result, unembellished luxury and an emphasis on helpful details inside each villa, so that you may feel each novelty in a very familiar way in the hospitable environment at the heart of your vacation.

Villa Sonia - Accommodation

The villa is built on two floors. On the ground floor there are the kitchen, the living room and the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the electric appliances ready to fulfill all needs. In the living room there is a modern corner coach which can be used as a comfortable bed, too, for two people, a dining table for 8 people and a bathroom.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom for two people with its own bedroom.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms, the one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The mattresses of all the bedrooms are extremely comfortable and anatomic for a relaxing and refreshing sleep. On the second floor there is bathroom too and a veranda with beautiful arches and view to a green-clad landscape.

In each bedroom there is a wardrobe, a LED TV set, air conditioning, fine and modern decoration like in all the rooms of the villa.

Outdoors the guests can enjoy relaxing moments on the two verandas of the ground floor by the swimming pool. They also rest in the comfortable furniture and the deck-chairs and of course they can have fun by cooking at their private barbeque in a quiet and especially hospitable environment.

The following services are offered when the villa is booked:

• Cleaning service and changing of the sheets. From the moment of the arrival the villa is cleaned twice a week. The frequency can be changed if it is asked.
• Breakfast. On the day of the arrival the villa is equipped with all the necessary for the preparation of breakfast for 1-2 days.
• Cleaning of the swimming pool. The water has always the right PH level and it is clean and ready for use.

Kariotes - Lefkada

The settlement of Kariotes is only 3,5km from the cosmopolitan capital of the island. A green-clad seaside village whose location is considered ideal for an easy  and fast access to the town and a chance to relax in a beautiful landscape.

From Kariates someone can visit all the beaches of the island. Kariotes because of their location is an ideal base of trips for visiting the sights and the beautiful places of Lefkada.

The settlement is on the Acropolis of the ancient town “Nirikos”, capital of the island. Moreover, “Alikes” the first “Salt-pits of Alexander” which were made for the first time by the Francs in the 17thcenture are in Kariates. In 1988 the salt works stopped.

On the beautiful place of Alikes visitors can promenade up and down the sea front which is 4kilometers long and which is also ideal for jogging.
