• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of an early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Villa Siesta is of recent construction. Fully integrated into nature, surrounded by olive trees on a hill and dominated by the Aegean Sea. The splendid bay of Kavalla offers calm and absolute tranquility. The house forms an oasis of calm and serenity.

Villa Siesta is located in the immediate vicinity of a typical Greek village “Palio Tsifliki” and just a few minutes from the Amolofi sandy beach known for their crystal clear waters (European blue flag gained every year). You can enjoy swimming in clear turquoise waters within beautiful sheltered bays just a few minutes away from the accommodation.

In the shelter part at a distance of 200 meters from the beach, we suggest you our cottage which consists of two bedrooms, a big living room, a kitchen perfectly equipped, a bathroom, and a balcony that overlooks the sea.

Completely renovated in the aspect of the local architecture and arranged with great taste. Original furnishings and a careful decoration, create a perfect blend of Greek style. The sun, nature, the eclectic atmosphere and the attentive welcome of our hosts are enough to make this house a little corner of paradise for your holidays.
Considering the villa as your starting point, you will have the opportunity to visit the attractions of the area. During your stay, it is worth sailing through the coasts and admires the natural landscapes of extreme contrasts, beaches of green waters and other beautiful beaches, historic sites, monasteries and caves of infinite natural beauty, all of those in a short distance from the villa.
