Description

Villa Rosanna is located in the marina of Plataria, in an outstanding position and silent environment, great courtyard is full of grass and many flowers. Boundless view to the sea and the mountain and fresh air complete the pleasant environment. The sunset is extremely enjoyable.

Accommodation

The building has two floors. In the ground floor, there is a three-spaced apartment and two studios. In the first floor, there is the residence of the owners.

Apartments for 6 persons

The apartment is 95m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room (40m²), a bathroom and a hallway. On the front side of the apartment there is a large terrace of 30m² with awnings, overlooking the bay of Plataria and the island of Corfu in the distance. There you can have your breakfast in the morning and enjoy the sunset in the evening while having a coffee or a drink. At the back side of the apartment there is another terrace of 20m². All areas are equipped with air-conditioners, as well as radiators for the winter. The apartment has its own separate entrance.

The apartment is 75m² and consists of 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a hall. There is a big balcony, 40 m², in front of the apartment. The two bedrooms have got wooden floors and the rest of the house is covered with marble. The house is air-conditioned and there are also radiators for the winter. The house has got two floors. On the ground floor there are two studios and the apartment. There is a separate entrance for the apartment.

Studios for 2-3 persons

There are single beds in the rooms that can be separated if needed (there is also a camp bed available, free of charge, that can be folded during the day). All the furniture is blue.The windows and the balcony door are equipped with mosquito nets. In the same room there is a fitted kitchen with a sink, a small electric cooker with 3 hotplates, a coffee machine, fridge and freezer, TV SAT. The cooking equipment is complete.
There is a covered balcony, 8 square metres, with a table and chairs and a view of the sea. There is also a railed off garden for each studio, 50 square metres, with grass and stone.

Vila je predivna, nalazi se u prvom redu do mora. U blizini se nalaze pekare,prodavnice,restorani,sve sto vam je potrebno,u blizini su i plaze. Apartmani su identicni kao na slikama. Svaki apartman na prvom spratu ima svoj dio vrta u kojem se moze uzivati, stol sa stolicama i lezaljke. Apartmani su uredni i cisti,cisti se svaki dan . Vlasnik je simpatican i ljubazan, ne smeta ne dosadjuje i ne dira vas,ali iako ne prica engleski bas dobro trudi se da odgovori na sva eventualna pitanja. Sve preporuke !
