• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Villa Riviera is situated in a prime position in Stavros, Thessaloniki, where you can enjoy your vacations in a quiet environment, only a few minutes away from the centre of the village and the beach.

In our facilities you can enjoy our large garden, our gazebo with the Barbeque and the tranquility of our pool.

Accommodation

Villa Riviera consists of 10 stylish studios and apartments in total. Each one has air conditioning and private bathroom. On their large balconies there are a table with chairs and a really relaxing daybed.

Our studios and apartments also offer Satellite LCD TV and fully equipped kitchen.

• Studio with pool view (20m2) - This studio opens to a balcony with pool view, mountain view and garden view. It has 2 types : 2 single beds pushed together as king size bed and a sofa/bed or a single bed. Can accommodate up to 3 persons.

• Standard triple studio (20m2) - This air-conditioned studio includes a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking hobs, a Satellite LCD TV. There is also a private bathroom fitted with a shower and free toiletries. The Standard Triple Studio has 2 single beds pushed together as a king size bed and a sofa/bed or a single bed. Can accommodate up to 3 persons.

• Family studio garden view (20m2) - Opening to a balcony with garden views, this air-conditioned studio includes a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking hobs, a Satellite LCD TV and a bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. It has 2 single beds pushed together as a king size bed and 1 bunk bed. Can accommodate up to 4 persons.

• One bedroom apartment with pool view (35m2) - Opening to a balcony with pool, mountain and garden views, this air-conditioned apartment has a bedroom and a living room separated by a door, as well as a kitchenette with cooking hobs and a Satelite LCD TV. There is also a private bathroom fitted with a shower and free toiletries. The apartment has 2 single beds pushed together as a king size bed in the bedroom and in the living room it has 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed. Can accommodate up to 5 persons.

• Family studio (20m2) - Opening to a balcony with pool, garden and mountain views, this air-conditioned studio includes a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking hobs, a Satellite LCD TV and a bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. It has 2 single beds pushed together as a king size bed and 1 bunk bed. Can accommodate up to 4 persons.

The Villa offers a breakfast service at extra charge. Breakfast is served every morning after 9 o’clock in the garden on a table separately and privately for each studio, family or group.
