Description

Villa Rika is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, 130 meters from the beach. It is a spacious, secluded villa that can accommodate 10 people and offers a beautiful garden with a lake and private parking.

It is 1.4 kilometers from the center of Nikiti, and the nearest shop is about a kilometer away.

Accommodation

The villa consists of two levels. On the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds and a smaller bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. There is also a spacious open-plan living room with access to the yard.

There are three more bedrooms on the first floor - two with two single beds each, and one with a double bed. A baby cot can be added on request. The kitchen includes a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a large dining table. There is also a second, larger bathroom with a shower on the first floor.

The villa offers three terraces with seating areas and views of the garden.

The villa is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, fan, television, and safe. Once a week, a cleaning and gardening service is provided.

A special advantage is the spacious yard of the villa where guests can enjoy a small lake, barbecue, while a children's playground is provided for the youngest. There are several seating areas, benches, as well as an outdoor dining area.

Free private parking is available.

Villa Rika can be an excellent choice for guests who want peace and privacy in a very pleasant and attractive environment. It is fully rented for one or two families.
