• The above prices are in euros per room/per night for 2 people for a studio - a unit with a sea view, and for a family studio and a 2-bedroom apartment the prices are for 3 people.
• Extra persons:
- 1 child under 12 years old - free of charge;
- 2 children under 12 years old - €5 per night;
- adult - €10 per night.

• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Children over 12 years = adult.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Reverenza is situated in the heart of the village Saint Dimitrios, near Lixouri, on the island of Kefalonia, and less than 500 m away from the beach. It is located in the lovely Paliki, which is surrounded by the green of mountains, the deep blue sea and the vivid colours of the traditional houses that frame the landscape.

Villa has nine comfortable apartments that have been decorated with style in order to offer the best quality to its visitors.

• 2 two-room apartments of 35 m² each, 1 double bed + 1 furnished bed or studio couches.
