Villa Polyxeni

Villa Lefteris, Villa Despina and villa Polyxeni are three modern luxurious villas built in 2012. Villa Lefteris and villa Despina are one bedroom villas, almost twins, just with few differences in their decoration. Villa Polyxeni is a bigger villa with two bedrooms.

These villas are on the outskirts of the village of Svoronata just 100 meters from the coastline. Svoronata is a sleepy village on the central west coast and a 5 minute drive from the airport of Kefalonia. The villas are within walking distance of many local beaches such as Ammes, Ai Heli and Avithos and a selection of tavernas, bars and mini-markets are close by.

Villa Lefteris, Villa Despina and villa Polyxeni belong to a complex of seven luxury villas called Kyma & Eros villas. They can be also rent together or with any other of our villas for a group of friends. They offer spectacular views of the Ionian Sea across to the island of Zante and the smaller island of Dias and a panoramic view of the mountain Ainos. These villas are suitable for small families or romantic holidays for two.

It is also the ideal place for your wedding (we can organize for you the wedding of your dreams) or for your honeymoon !!!

Villa Polyxeni

Villa Polyxeni is a luxurious modern villa, ideal for families or a group of friends.It belongs to a complex of seven luxury villas called Kyma & Eros villas. It can be rent together with any other of our villas for bigger parties.  Walking into Villa Polyxeni you will be greeted by the spacious modern open-plan living/dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The villa has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds with an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Enjoy your morning coffee under the bougainvillea or al fresco dining under the pergola next to the built -in Bbq. Or spend your days relaxing by the pool under the shade of the umbrellas.
