• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Villa Pylorus is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, about 800 meters from the beach. It can accommodate 4 adults or a family with 3 children and offers a garden with private parking.

Accommodation

The villa has two bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a sofa bed.

The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a dining table. There is also a private bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets. and an iron. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests have access to a spacious terrace with a view of the yard and the surrounding area.

The complex includes a large garden with barbecue facilities. Free private parking is available and pets are welcome.
