• The above prices are in EUR per villa/per night - early booking rates valid until 31/12/25 (except for the high season period from 17/07 until 23/08 for which there is no discount).
• At Easter (09/04/26 to 12/04/26) the minimum stay is 3 nights.
• Note: Tourist tax (15€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• The guest is requested to pay 50% of the balance in advance, 50% should be paid 2 months before arrival.

• 3 - Easter Holidays; from 20/05 until 14/06 and from 21/09 until 30/09

• 5 - from 01/07 until 16/07 and from 24/08 until 13/09
• 7 - from 17/07 until 23/08

Cancellation policy
• For no payment of the second advance payment (20%) until 31/03/25, the reservation is cancelled and 40% (first advance payment) will be charged
• For cancellations until 42 days prior arrival 60% (first+second advance payment) will be charged
• For cancellations from 30 days or less prior arrival 100% will be charged
• In case of non-show or earlier departure, the total reservation amount will be charged
• If the booking is on final prices, the free cancellation period is up to 2 months prior the check-in date. For cancellation 31-60 days prior arrival; 25% of the total amount is charged. For cancellations 11-30 days prior arrival; 50% of the amount is charged. For cancellation 0-10 days prior arrival; 100% of the booking will be charged.
• Early booking rates are non-refundable.
The cost of the extra services of the heated pool and the heated outdoors area, depends on the days that the guests will stay, so we will inform you each time according to the inquiry. For any questions or additional information, we remain at your disposal.

Villa Penelopy is the last villa of our high-standard resort. The interior design of this villa is quite unique, as you can find on the second floor a very cozy yet elegant loft with its own king size double bed and a SMART 4K TV. The location of this villa has a very easy access to the main road of Pefkochori and it is really near the sea and some of the best beach bars of Chalkidiki.

Accommodation

Villa Penelopy, as the other villas of our resort, uses green power electricity. This means that our latest-technology systems generate electricity from solar energy while you enjoy your vacation with ultimate respect for the environment.

All rooms have beds with carefully selected COCO-MAT natural mattresses and pillows. COCO-MAT is a firm which constructs handmade mattresses, pillows and other sleep products by using naturally replenished raw materials such as cotton, seaweed, wool and wood sourced locally in Greece and Europe.

Furthermore, with a SMART 4K TVs in every room, we want to make sure that your sleeping and movie night experience will be far beyond your expectations.
