Description
Villa Pavlos Lux is located on the Kassandra peninsula, between Hanioti and Pefkohori (1.2 km from the center of Hanioti and 1.5 km from the center of Pefkohori). Set about 150 meters away from the nearest beach, it offers accommodation for 10 people with a private garden and swimming pool.
Accommodation
The villa on the ground floor consists of an open-plan living room with a kitchen and dining area, a private bathroom, and a courtyard terrace. The living room contains two sofa beds, while the kitchen includes a large refrigerator, a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, dishes, and cutlery.
Upstairs are three bedrooms with double beds, terraces with sea or mountain views, and another bathroom.
The villa is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are changed depending on the length of the guests' stay, no later than 5-6 days.
Guests have access to a garden, a private swimming pool, an outdoor dining area with a built-in barbecue, and free private parking.
