Villa Partheniou is located on the wonderful area of Syvota Thesprotia. It is in the center of the settlement close to the harbor and it is only a 5-minute-walk to the “French Bay” beach. We own 7 apartments and we try to meet your needs by offering a peaceful and beautiful place for you and your family. Our objective is to make your holiday unforgettable.

Accommodation

Standard Double Studio - this is a 25 square meters luxury studio located at the first floor, with a big balcony.

The unit consists of two separate spaces, one bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen and one beautiful bathroom. That is why it can easily accommodate a couple with 2 adults. It also provides a tv , air condition, refrigerator, hair dryer and many other amenities that suite your needs.

There are 4 units of this type - two offer garden, and two offer side sea views.

Standard Apartment (No. 3 & 6) - this is a 35 square double room apartment located at the first floor. It has a big balcony which offers garden view!

The suite consists of two separate spaces, one living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed room and one beautiful bathroom. It also offers a serving table and one couch that transforms to a double bed. That is why it can easily accommodate a family with 2 adults and 2-3 children. It also provides a tv, air condition, refrigerator, hair dryer and many other amenities that suite your needs.
