Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Nostos is located in Sykia, on the Sithonia peninsula, 1.5 kilometers from the beach. The villa can accommodate 6 adults or two families with small children, and offers a spacious yard with private parking.

Accommodation

The villa spreads over two levels connected by stairs.

The ground floor features a living room with a corner sofa bed and a fireplace. Within the same room are the dining area and the kitchen, which includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, and a coffee maker. There are also a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

The first floor consists of two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a second bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Bed linen and towels are provided, while cleaning is not performed during the stay.

Guests have at their disposal a terrace overlooking the garden and a large yard with plenty of space for children's play and parking.
