Villa Niriis is located less than a km away from the beautiful seaside village of Agios Nikitas, a traditional fisherman’s village, with a lot of taverns and bars and a beautiful beach. A little further away, you can enjoy one of the most famous beaches of the island, “Kathisma”. Kilometers of sunny beach, magnificent deep blue waters, and many beach bars and restaurants are there for you to make your holidays unique.

Experience the unique villa holidays in the magnificent scenery of the tree-lined hill that touches the deep blue sea of the Ionian and enjoy complete privacy and leisure moments with your loved ones in the comfortable luxurious residence..

If you want to experience the night life of Lefkada town, a private yachting or cruise, extreme sports like windsurf or paragliding, or you would like to relax with your family and friends and have a special Greek night or a party, our concierge will be happy to arrange it for you. The three level villa has three double-bed en-suite bedrooms with private balconies, and gorgeous sea-view, two twin-rooms with a shared bathroom, a playroom with a full-size American pool table, bar and TV area, a spacious living-room connected with the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for ambitious cooks ready to experiment in the Greek cuisine.

Outdoors the beautiful gardens, thoughtfully planted with natively plants which are combined with traditional stone walls that blend into the natural environment, the gorgeous shaded patios the BBQ area and the infinity pool, are there for you to relax and watch the spectacular and unending sea-view and unique sunsets.
