Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Villa Nikos is located on the island of Skiathos, 850 meters from Kukunaries Beach. It offers accommodation units for 2-4 people with a view of the hills or the lake.
Accommodation
Studios for 2-4 people and a four-bed apartment are available.
The studios have single beds, except for the family room, which contains double and bunk beds.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a sofa bed.
All units have a kitchenette with a refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and dishes, and a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and toiletries.
The terraces have a view of the hills or the nearby lake.
The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Guests have access to a garden with an outdoor dining area.
Public parking is available for a surcharge, and pets are not allowed.
