Description

Villa Niki is located in a picturesque place Plataria, only 12 kilometers from Igoumenitsa, in a quiet location, with a beautiful view of the blue waters of the Ionian Sea and the island of Corfu.

Very beautiful two-storey house near the sea (the beach is only 6m from the house), spreads on the land of 500 square meters and includes garden and parking. The pleasant interior of the villa is painted with soft nuances.

Accommodation

Villa Niki offers 2 big apartments (each for 5 persons), 1 studio apartment (for 2 persons) and 1 (new) studio apartment (for 2 persons + 1 child). Each accommodation unit has a separate entrance.

Each apartment has two large bedrooms and one smaller room and can accommodate up to five persons. Each apartment has a master bedroom with a closet, a double bed, a TV, another bedroom with two beds and a closet, a TV, and a bedroom with one bed. It also has a spacious living room, with nice furniture, fireplace and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, luxury bathroom with bathtub and clean towels

There is an air conditioning system with an inverter system and central heating for the winter holidays. The beautiful terraces on the first floor provide a view of the endless blue sea and mountains of the continental part of Greece. There is also a covered veranda (20 m2) on the first floor with a beautiful view.

The studio apartment has its own entrance, a shared laundry machine (which can be used free of charge) and is equipped with air conditioning. The studio apartment offers a double bed (dimensions: 1.60cm x 1.90cm), which can be divided into two separate beds, a mirror, a table, two chairs and a comfortable wardrobe. The kitchen includes a fridge, sink, dishes, coffee machine, stove and toaster. Hairdryer, TV and free Wi-Fi are also available. The bathroom contains a shower.
