Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

The family-run Villa Nickolas is located at Palio, 7 km from Kavala and right across from the sea. It features a beach bar, a breakfast hall and a garden with parking area.

The air-conditioned rooms at Villa Nickolas have balcony, TV with satellite channels, refrigerator and telephone.

The all-day beach bar serves milkshakes, fresh juices and hot and cold beverages until the early morning hours.

Open all year around, Villa Nickolas is perfectly located for both summer and winter holidays. Although situated close to the sea, the villa also lies within a 20 minutes' drive from the ski centre of Mount Paggaio and 40 minutes from the ski centre of Mount Falakro.
