• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Nefeli is located in Koukounaries, in the southwest part of the island of Skiathos. It lies within 50m from the sandy Maratha Beach.

Accommodation

Villa Nefeli consists of 8 studios and 4 apartments recently fully renovated resulting to an ideal combination of modern comfort and traditional element of Skiathos..

Each studio - apartment has two entrances to the front and backwards with large covered veranda, equipped with comfortable set of veranda furniture. All apartments provide panoramic view: on the front side to the flowers and palms of the colorfull garden, on the back side to the green forest of tall pine trees in the mountain.

Apartments with 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 persons. One bedroom has 2 single beds equipped with orthopedic-anatomic mattresses, united into an extra large king bed, while the other bedroom contains the kitchen area and one double sofa.

Studios can accommodate 2 or 4 persons. They include kitchen area, bathroom and one bedroom with two single beds sized 0,90×2,00, equipped with orthopedic-anatomic mattresses, united into an extra large king bed and one double sofa.
