Description

Villa Milia 3 is located on the hill, outside of Agios Nikitas, about 2 km from the city center and its beach. The popular beaches Milos and Kathisma are about 2.5 km from the villa. This is the second house from the Milia complex and is suitable for those who like a peaceful holiday away from the noise.

Accommodation

Within the third house of Milia, there are three apartments, two of them are for four persons and one for five persons.

Apartments for 4 persons have one double bed and two single beds. They are located on the ground floor and suitable for families.

Apartment for 5 persons features two bedrooms and a spacious living area. It has one double bed, two single beds, and a sofa-bed. This apartment offers panoramic views of the sea and is set on the first floor.

All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV, kitchen, terrace, and bathroom, and guests can use wireless internet, parking, as well as a shared swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Pets are allowed on request.
