Description

Situated 100 m from Nautilus Beach, this traditional building overlooks the crystal waters of the Ionian Sea and the island of Corfu. There is a lush flower garden with a swimming pool.

Harmoniously combines stone, wood and modern materials make the house comfortable, safe; fully respected the earthquake standards and particularly luxurious.

This coastal residential complex is situated north of Sivota, 5 km from the centre. Free private parking is available.

Accommodation

Maisonette: On the lower level, you will find a sitting room with a sofa bed, corner sofa and lining room with traditional fireplace. For those who love cooking, a fully equipped kitchen will offer you inspiration while cooking with sea view. On the large balcony, there is a country dining table as well as a BBQ grill for preparing a special meal. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with a double and a single bed, spacious wardrobe and a private bathroom with washing machine. Bedroom leads to a balcony that views to maisonette’s lower level. This innovation contributes to light utilization and allows endless blue sea view.

Apartment: Ground floor apartment is really spacious. It includes a functional kitchen with electrical devices, comfortable sitting room, 4 bedrooms with special decoration in each one and two bathrooms, where the one has bathtub and washing machine. Every bedroom has its own personal style. Classic with walnut furniture, modern with metallic bedroom, romantic with double bed and stylish recliner and young with sofa bed. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and there is an ability of adding an extra bed or kids’ bed in every bedroom. From the ground floor apartment, there is direct access to the veranda with comfortable garden furniture.

Maisonette is connected with the ground floor apartment through an interior staircase and a door that locks in order to isolate the two parts.

The entire villa is surrounded by a garden with a unique composition of colorful flowers, bushes and dwarf trees. A truly beautiful and safe place for relaxation and game, especially for kids. On the one side of the garden, there is a big swimming pool that fully complies with necessary safety and hygiene standards. Here you can enjoy your swimming or sunbathing on sunbeds.

Guarded private parking, security system and fire safety system are available.

With private entrances, all apartments and maisonettes at Villa Milena come with a spacious lounge with a flat-screen TV. The interior of each unit is built with emphasis on natural materials like wood and stone.

Each Milena accommodation has a sea-facing balcony or terrace overlooking the Bay of Plataria. With direct garden access, guests can easily reach the swimming pool and make use of the BBQ facilities.
