Villa Marta is a newly built building located in the immediate center of Neos Marmaras, about 250m away from the sea, which is about a 3min walk and about 500m from Paradiso beach, one of the most popular. It can accommodate 4 adults.
Accommodation
The apartment is nicely furnished and consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and fully equipped kitchens, which include a refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with built-in plates and oven, and a complete kitchen utensil.
The apartment has access to its own garden with garden furniture, it also has an LCD TV, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet and the possibility of parking in front of the building.

Smestaj je za cistu desetku! Cisto,lokacija super,komforno, imate osećaj kao da ste kod svoje kuće, imate sve što je potrebno terasa je baš velika. Sigurno cu opet ovde doći, vila Marta :thumbsup:

Boravili smo u apartmanu br.3 u periodu od 10-20.7.2024. Apartman je izuzetno prostran, terasa divna, takođe prostrana. Opremljenost apartmana je izuzetna, higijena na zavidnom nivou. Parking nije problematican, uvek je bilo slobodno mesto za parkiranje. Najbliza plaza je Paradisos i na 5 min udaljenosti kao i setaliste za vecernje izlaske. Zaista divan smestaj, za svaku preporuku!

Sve pohvale, bili smo u apartmanu B, topla preporuka. Apartman je lep, komforan, opremljen "od igle do lokomotive", sa dvorištem koje je ušuškano i izolovano od ulice. Sve preporuke.

Sve pohvale za apartman , odlicno sreden , besprekorno cist, opremjen sa sve sto vam treba, povucen od guzve , a ipak blizu centra. Domacini su divni i stoje vam na raspolaganje za sve sto vam treba. Nadam se da ce mo se videti opet.

Letovali u apartmanu B, sve je kako je vlasnik opisao, odnosno za 10. Lokacija odlična, nisi u centru a blizu si, apartman prostran, kompletno opremljen, velika terasa. Internet stabilan. Smeštaj za preporuku bez ikakvih mana.

Odlican smestaj. Sve je bilo kako je i opisano. Dobro opremljen (peskiri, fen, pegla, veliki frizider+zamrzivac, rerna, toster, sudovi, orman, komoda, pomocni krevet, hranilica za malisane, masina za ves, igla i konac 😊 , karte, svece....) svegaaa.... Vode brigu o nekim sitnicama, pa smestaj ima dusu. Kao kuca.❤️ Prostran, divno dvoriste-terasa, nema buke, parking ispred objekta, net ok... Natasa- dobra domacica, saradljiva, prijatna... Sta god da zatreba, tu je. Blizu je Paradizo plaza, pijaca, centar, pekara, 2-3 male radnje mesovite robe. Na par min kolima veci marketi Masutis, Pitijas, Bazar. U okolini Marmarasa dosta predivnih plaza (Aretes, Destenika, Toroni, Porto Kufo, Lagomandra, Kalogria, Koviou, Vurvuru....) udaljenih svega par kilometara. Divno more.
