Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Villa Maria Apartments are located next to the beach in the picturesque and quiet part of Mola Kaliva, on the Kassandra peninsula. The facility offers accommodation for 2-5 people.

• Double Studio - contains a double bed and offers a view of the sea;
• Family studio for 2+2 - contains two single beds that can be joined together, and a sofa bed for children. It offers a view of the garden;
• Mini apartment for 2+2 - contains a double bed and a sofa bed;
• Apartment for 4 people - contains two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), while the kitchen is located in the hallway;
• Apartment for 5 people - contains two bedrooms (double and three single beds) and a kitchen in the hallway.
