Villa Maria 2 is a new building for villa Maria complex. It was built five years ago and since 2013 is working under villa Maria’s management. Villa Maria 2 has two studios and five family rooms. It is located very close to the beach. Just 30 meters away from it and it has a private parking place for each room.

Accommodation

It contains all the standard facilities as the main building of villa Maria and private balcony for each of the rooms. All the upper floor rooms looking at the sea side from the balcony.

Studio for 2–3 adults is a very nice comfortable studio with a double bed and a single bed. It has a fully equipment kitchen , TV, A/C, big wardrobe and very nice comfortable bathroom. Also it has total secure outdoor and private balcony with view at the street or at the sea side.

Studio for four adults is a very nice family studio for bigger family. It ha s a double bed and a bunk bed for the kids or a big double sofa bed. It has a fully equipment kitchen, TV, A/C, big wardrobe and very nice comfortable bathroom. Also it has total secure outdoor and private balcony with view at the street or at the sea side.
