• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Mai in Skiathos is a luxury villa surrounded by olive trees, overlooking the mainland and the Aegean Sea. The villa is situated in the area of Katsarou, a peaceful and beautiful part of Skiathos. The closest beach, Achladies beach, is one kilometer away. Villa accommodates up to 6 guests.

Skiathos Island has more than 60 beaches to choose from and since Villa Mai is situated at the center of the island, it won’t take you more than 15 minutes to go to your favorite beach.

Accommodation

The villa consists of a spacious living room with a kitchen, three bedrooms, and a private bathroom.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Two have double beds, and the third has two single beds.

The living room has a sofa and a fireplace, while the window offers a panoramic view of the sea. The kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a dining area.

The private bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. Bed linen and towels are changed twice a week.

Guests have access to a spacious, covered terrace with an outdoor seating/dining area. and with a view of the surrounding nature and the sea.

There is a barbecue area in front of the villa, and private parking is also available.

Diving, sailing, car and boat rental can be arranged upon request.

To reach Villa Mai you need a car, the road is bumpy so a jeep is recommended.
