• Extra person - 15 € per night, children under 2 years - free of charge.
• Minimal stay - 5 nights

• Shared washing machine - extra charge 2 EUR/ per service (including detergent).
• Note: Tourist tax (8€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 8 weeks before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 50% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Leena is located in the middle of slope Paramonas in village olive groves a morning wake up song of cocks and chickens cackle, the atmosphere is very genuine.
Lovely sandy beach with a crystal-clear water is a journey only 200m or hiking path along the 500m, the shoreline is gently deepening, 1km from new bakery.

Villa has its own beautiful garden where the fruit trees, a lot of flowers, in addition to green spaces seats and outdoor shower. Whole area is fenced and region also have their own parking space.

Accommodation

Villa Leena is 2 floors and 4 apartments which 3 rent. One of 55m2 apartment in the Villa can be found in the upper floor big balcony at you can admire, as well as sea and mountain view, the apartment is suitable for 2 - 4 persons.

The ground floor is about two 60m2 apartments which have their own big tiled and furnished terraces the green garden, apartments suitable for 2 - 5 persons.

The units are equipped with bed linen and towels that are changed once a week. Cleaning products are also available to guests, and the use of a shared washing machine is available for an additional fee.

A welcome gift is provided for each room - a bottle of wine and two bottles of water.

The complex includes a yard with a barbecue and a furnished pergola.
