• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Villa Le Chocolate is located in Thessaloniki prefecture in front of the sea, in an ideal location between two other villages, Asprovalta and Stavros.

Accommodation

Rooms feature modern architecture, wooden furniture, are cozy and with extra attention to hygiene standards. The rooms also include a kitchen (with all the necesary cookware) with stoves, refrigerator, tv, airconditioning, free wi-fi in all the villa's areas, and balconies providing an excellent view of a beautiful scenery, with the surrounding mountains and the sea blending in a unique combination.

In front of the villa where the beach is, there is beach bar providing you with cool coctails and alcoholic beverages for the hot days of summer, refreshing soft drinks, juices, ice creams, and every kind of coffee available as well as the distinguishing Le Chocolates specialice chocolate. Beach chairs are free of charge if you take something to drink.

On the pedestrian area of the beach you can also enjoy your walks, and discover the picturesque little taverns and restaurants of the area that provide the perfect sea nosh, and snacks for every taste.

• Studio no. 3 is located in the basement and does not have a terrace. It has one double bed, 2 single beds and a couch for one person.
• Studio no. 4 is located in the basement and does not have a terrace. It has a double bed and a single bed.

• Studio no. 5 is located on the high ground floor and has a side view of the sea. It contains a double bed, a bunk bed and a couch for one person.
• Studio no. 6 is located on the high ground floor and has a direct view of the sea. It contains one double and 2 single beds.
• Studio no. 7 is located on the high ground floor and has a direct view of the sea. It contains a double bed, a single bed and a couch for one person.
• Studio no. 8 is located on the high ground floor and has a small terrace without a view of the sea. It has a double and a sofa for one person (same as studio no. 13).

• Studio no. 9 is located on the first floor and has a side view of the sea, a double bed, a single bed and a couch for one person.
• Studio no. 10 is located on the first floor and has a direct view of the sea, a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed. This is the biggest studio.
• Studio no. 11 is located on the first floor and has a direct view of the sea. Contains 2 double beds and a bunk bed.
• Studio no. 12 is located on the first floor and has a direct view of the sea, a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed.
• Studio no. 13 is located on the first floor above studio no. 8 which is identical to him. Both have a small terrace.
