Description

Villa Laguna is located on the Sithonia peninsula, by the sea in Livari, 3 kilometers from Vourvourou. It can accommodate up to ten people and is surrounded by a spacious yard with a swimming pool, summer house, and private parking. It offers a beautiful view of the sea on one side and the pine forest on the other.

Accommodation

The villa is elegantly decorated, excellently equipped, and has two levels. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with double beds. The main bedroom has its bathroom with a large bathtub, while the other two share a second bathroom. There is also a terrace with a panoramic view of the sea and the forest.

On the ground floor is a spacious living room with a corner sofa, sofa, a fireplace, and a large TV with satellite television.

In the corner, there is a kitchen with a bar, a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine. The dining table is located on the terrace under the awning.

There is also one bedroom with two double beds and a refrigerator, which can accommodate one or two children's beds, as well as a studio with a double bed, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette.

All rooms are air-conditioned, and free Wi-Fi internet is provided. The cleaning and the changing of the linen and towels are done once a week.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, umbrellas, sunbeds, palm trees, and lighting. The yard also offers a summer house with a bar and bar stools, a brick barbecue, and an outdoor kitchen. Arranged around are multiple areas for sitting and relaxing, a swing, and a canopy bed.

There is also a covered parking lot with five spaces and a basketball court.
