Description

Villa Kyriaki is a luxury villa located in the small town of Nea Iraklitsa, just a twenty-minute drive from Kavala and forty minutes from the “Alexander the Great” International Airport. This property offers exceptionally comfortable accommodation for families, friends, and all those who wish to spend their vacation without worrying about whether they have packed everything, since this elegant and modernly designed villa provides everything needed for enjoying summer days at the seaside, which is located just under 300 meters away.

Accommodation

The house has three floors on which 4 spacious bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms (+ one toilet), and a ground-floor terrace are distributed. In front of the villa, there is a beautifully arranged yard with a children’s playground.

Each of the 4 bedrooms contains a double bed, and one of them also has two bunk beds. In the ground-floor apartment, there is another standard bed, and two sofa beds are also available. The total number of adults that can be accommodated in this villa is 8 (maximum 9), while the number of children is 4 (maximum 5). Baby cribs are also available.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are combined into a single space. The living room includes a large corner sofa, a fireplace, and an LCD TV, while the dining area features a table and chairs. The kitchens are extremely well equipped and include a microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, large refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, oven, stove, extractor hood, sandwich toaster, baby high chair, and washing machine.

Each bathroom contains a washbasin, toilet, bathtub, baby bath, and a potty or toilet-seat adapter for the youngest guests of the villa. In addition to the two bathrooms, this accommodation also offers an extra toilet and an outdoor shower (in the yard) with both cold and hot water, ideal for showering after a day spent on the beach and in the salty Greek sea.

The ground-floor terrace is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture — garden armchairs and chairs, benches with cushions, and a hanging hammock. This corner of the apartment is shaded with white canopies, making the space perfect for relaxing outdoors without fear of excessive exposure to direct sunlight. In the garden, there is a playground for children up to 7 years old with a trampoline, slide, and swings. A barbecue is also available in this yard.

The villa has a private parking lot with a capacity of 4–5 vehicles. The entire accommodation is air-conditioned (there are 5 air-conditioning units throughout the complex) and covered by free wireless internet.
