All cancellations must be sent to us in writing and signed by the signatory of the booking form. No-show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay

Close to Agios Ioannis sandy beach and surrounded by silvered olive groves, these two contemporary villas seem to have it all. Each villa stands in its own garden with a private pool, a stone built barbeque among the mature olive trees, all fresco dining area, stylish furniture, a modern designed and well equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms providing comfort indoors and outdoors.

Agrikies villas can be characterized as “designer villas”, because they have the kind of design features and exterior architecture that can be found on the pages of glossy magazines. The overall feeling of these superb “designer villas“ is one of distinguished aesthetics, refined taste and consideration of local architecture.

Villa Kozanitis

This villa spreads out on one level, covering a total of 140m², within a plot of land of 2000m², at the western part of Lefkada in Agia Marina. The house consists of 3 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms: 1 spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a fourth bathroom. High ceiling wooden roofs, oak floorings ,exquisite decorative artifacts and the tranquility of the olive grove and the mature garden, create a charming, peaceful and luxurious setting for your holidays.

An internal staircase leads to a big basement with a small gym, a table tennis and a cosy sitting room with comfortable sofas and a big TV internet screen with a gaming console.

All bedrooms have uninterrupted views through extensive verandas and lead to the infinity pool. On the ground floor, the open-plan sitting/dining/kitchen area opens to all outdoor lounge and pool areas.

At the exterior, there is a large dining area for 8 persons as well as ample lounge and sitting areas by the built-in BBQ. The infinity pool is 45m² and is surrounded by a wooden sun deck. Outdoor areas are handsomely shaded by pergolas. There are 4 parking spaces as well.
