• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Kokalis is located on the edge of Ano Gouves village, 2.5 km away from the Gouves Beach. Villa is built of stone and marble and offers a private pool, hot tub and fitness centre. Maximum ocupancy of this villa is 10 persons.

Accommodation

Featuring classical decoration with modern details, the ground floor of Villa Kokalis offers a living room with marble fireplace and windows viewing the pool. There is a study and a 2nd living room with sofas and views of the garden. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and has granite tops. There is also a bedroom with its own bathroom.

The marble staircase with the handmade railing, leads to the upper floor where 4 romantic-style bedrooms with private bathrooms are located. All feature balconies with view of the sea or the mountain.

In the exterior, the pool is surrounded by sun loungers. There is an outdoor shower and a WC. Guests have access to outdoor cooking facilities to enjoy al fresco dining under the pergola. Free WiFi is available throughout. A playground is also provided, and free private parking is possible on site.
