Description

Villa Kiriakos is a well-designed villa located at Astris of Thassos. It is a perfect solution for family holidays in Thassos, not only during summer, but during winter time as well. Inside a calm and quiet area, about 500 meters from the beach, Villa Kiriakos waits to give you unique moments of relaxation.

It is located close to Salonikios Beach, 1.3 km from Psili Ammos Beach & 550 metres from Astris Beach.

Accommodation

The apartment is spacious and stylishly decorated, it is ideal for families since it can accommodate 5-6 guests. In the bedroom there are a double and a single bed and there are sofa and extra bed in the living room. Furthermore, the apartment features a large and fully equipped kitchen and a modern en-suite bathroom. Lastly, the apartment has direct access to a furnished balcony with a view.

Villa Kiriakos is a 75m2 house inside a green location of an 1 acre field with olive trees. The house has 2 air conditioners, internet, TV with DVD player, iron, hair dryer, mosquito nets, safe box and a bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped, has a stove with oven, a microwave and large fridge with freezer. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done two days.

There is a playground for children, a barbecue, sunbeds, umbrellas & outdoor furniture.

The private parking available on site.
