Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Surrounded by age-old olive trees in Razata Village, Kefalos Villa, overlooking the Ionian Sea and the mountains of Kefalonia is a traditionally built, fully equipped accommodation with swimming pool and fireplace. The construction was based on stone, wood, and tile, combining traditional architecture with modern comfort. Its own private swimming pool complements the relaxation and independence of your holiday.

Accommodation

The independent villa, named Kefalos inspired by the mythology and history of Kefalonia, consist of a living room, a kitchen and a bedroom with its bathroom on the ground floor and two spacious bedrooms with separate bathrooms on the top floor, both with balcony and terrace overlooking the Ionian Sea.
The villa is suitable for couples, families, and groups of up to 8 people. Onsite the property there is an extra fully equipped guesthouse that can be provided upon request and accommodate another 3 persons.
